RIKEN Research and Technical Scientists

The RIKEN Nishina Center for Accelerator-Based Science is seeking the following three research/technical scientists (indefinite-term employment position). 

1. Nuclear Structure Research Group (26-1114)
  In-beam gamma-ray nuclear spectroscopy at RIBF.

2. Accelerator Group (26-1115)
  Duties related to either A) or B) below.
  A) Liquid helium cooling system for the Superconducting Ring Cyclotron
  B) Beam monitors for high-intensity heavy-ion beams

3. Research Instruments Group (26-1116)
  RI-beam production and delivery operations using BigRIPS, experiments aimed at the discovery of new radioactive isotopes, 
  and the development of a dump system for high-intensity heavy-ion beams, etc.
